If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain a $50 booking fee.

Stylist tips: If you're interested in our Made To Order items, we recommend booking an appointment at least 3 months ahead of your occasion. If you are running out of time, some of our items do have a rush order option (at an additional cost).
