These guidelines apply to all appointments and Friday Walk-ins to the White Runway Showrooms:
1. No one likes to be a wallflower.
Pretty please don't stand us up, no one likes to be a wallflower especially not our lovely stylists who dress up pretty to meet you. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so in your email confirmation or by calling us. We do have a long waiting list so we can easily arrange another date to keep us busy. Credit card details will be requested upon booking an appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain a $50 booking fee.
2. The early bird gets the worm!
We're busy little bees and we try to fit in as much as we can. All our appointments are back to back so please arrive on time so we can spoil you with our full attention.
3. Get Fashion Fit in our 45 minute Fashion Workout.
All our fashion filled appointments are 45 minutes long, and in this time we will have you and your bridesmaids fashion fit and ready to hit the White Runway. Become fashion fit in just 45 minutes.
4. Too many cooks spoil the broth.
With only a small and intimate styling suite, we would like to suggest having a maximum of 5 master fashion-chefs at your appointment. Bringing key decision makers will mean a better broth enjoyed by all!
We do agree that men are a key ingredient in any wedding but as we want all our female customers to feel comfortable trying on our dresses, we ask that this is one recipe they are left off of. We can make an exception but please let us know first so we can advise any other female customers in the room.
6. The Little Ones.
We absolutely love kids and have a range of kids dresses that we'd love to play dress up with! However, we do have unsecured glass items, mirror furniture and delicate dresses and we want your little munchkins to stay safe. We really want to avoid incidents involving broken glass, tears and trips to the doctor. If you are bringing the little one(s), please ensure you will have someone to help look after them.
7. We offer 100,000 dress options.
Just like a fashion show, we have a large range of dresses to show you but we are unable to display every size and every colour in every style available. However, we do try to have a wide variety of sizes from each designer in the showroom and our stylists are on hand to assist with sizing, measuring, colour swatches and styling recommendations.
8. Say Yes To The Dress.
Say yes to the dress you love and take it home on the same day! Some styles may be in stock and can be purchased on the day. Please let us know if you wish to take your new loved ones home on the day so we can prepare them for a safe journey to their new homes. For most of our other dresses we require 2-12 weeks (depending on the designer) for production and delivery.
9. Fashion Made Fresh, Just For You At White Runway.
Most of our dresses are made just for you, with custom colours and sizes available in the majority of our dresses. We can often accommodate for longer length requests however if you require alterations to get your dress the 'perfect fit' for your body we can recommend local tailors.
10. Needed it Yesterday?
If you are in a rush and concerned about delivery times, please ask one of our stylists about rush cut options which are available at an extra cost charged by the designer. We recommend all brides to order dresses as soon as possible to ensure enough time for delivery and extra alterations.
11. Nobody Knows You Better.
Our stylists are really great at helping with measurements and sizing but at the end of the day no one knows you better than you. The final size decision lies with the person that knows you best…you!
