Please note that we can only make changes to your purchase within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
For bridal parties, all dresses should be placed together as one order or within 24hours of each other. This will ensure the items are cut from the same batch of material and colours will match. If they are placed separately at different times, there may be some slight colour variances.
The majority of our dresses are made to order, which means there can be slight colour variations ranging from 5–10% between different batches of material. Showroom dress samples and fabric swatches are an indication of colours.
Custom ordered dresses (i.e., custom colour, size, style, sleeve or length) are final sale and cannot be returned. Please refer to our Returns & Replacements Policy for further information.
Sale items can only be returned for a store credit — no refunds available on marked down stock. No exceptions.
Delivery times stated do not account for any unexpected delays from customs, natural disasters, or third‑party freight providers.
Production times (including rush orders) are indicative and not guaranteed. The additional fee enables your order to be placed into production as priority and best efforts will be made to have the order to you within the indicated time frame.
Your order excludes any customs charges, duties or taxes that may be applicable in your delivery country. White Runway is not responsible for these fees imposed. Please check with your local customs office for further information before proceeding.
Full‑priced non‑customised items can be returned within our 30‑day returns policy for a refund or store credit. Please note, rush fees will not be reimbursed with your return. Returns must be posted back to our online team — our showrooms are unable to accept returns.
