Here at White Runway, we strive to ensure you are satisfied and love your purchase! Please read the below returns policy carefully and ensure your items are eligible for a return.

Showroom Purchases

Items purchased during or after a showroom appointment are final sale. No refunds or store credit.
Size exchanges are accepted within 28 days, subject to availability.

Try Before You Buy (TBYB)

TBYB items are not covered by the standard 28-day return window.
They must be returned within the 5-day trial period only.
All TBYB returns must be processed HERE

Instant Exchanges

Refundid offer instantly exchange for a different size without repurchasing.
Return the original item within 7 days or the exchange may be cancelled.
Exchanged items are final sale unless faulty.

Full Priced Items

Refunds or store credits are available for items in original, unworn condition.
Exclusions:

• Hair pieces
• Veils
• Earrings
• Garment bags
• Fabric swatches
• Additional fabric
• Spanx

Made to Order Items

Without customisations: refundable or eligible for store credit (rush fees not refundable).
With customisations: final sale unless faulty.
Customisations include custom sizing, colours, length, design changes, and other alterations.

Sale Items

All sale or marked-down items are final sale unless faulty.

Important Notes

• Postage and rush fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
• Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
• Pricing and promotions may change without notice; past orders cannot receive new discounts.
• Store credits:
  • Valid for 12 months
  • Must be used in full
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Purchases made with store credit are final sale

• Delivered within the last 28 days
• Full price (not sale or customised)
• Not purchased through TBYB

Return Shipping Fees

• Australia: $12.95 deducted from your refund or credit
• USA & Canada: DHL service $45 deducted from your refund
