At White Runway, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before submitting a return to ensure your item is eligible.

SHOWROOM PURCHASES

Items purchased during or after a showroom appointment are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, as you have had the opportunity to view and try on the item in person.

A size exchange within 28 days may be offered if the requested size is available. Items must be unworn, in original condition and have all tags attached.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Try Before You Buy orders are not eligible for our standard 28-day return period and must be returned within the 5-day trial period.

INSTANT EXCHANGES

Eligible items can be instantly exchanged for the same style in a different size.

Your original item must be returned within 7 days of placing your exchange to avoid cancellation.

Instant exchange items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

RETURN POLICY

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

Full-priced items can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are unworn, in original condition and have all tags attached.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Hair pieces, veils & earrings
• Garment bags
• Fabric swatches & additional fabric
• Spanx

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Made-to-order items without customisations can be returned for a refund or store credit. Rush order fees are non-refundable.

Made-to-order items with customisations are final sale, unless faulty.

Customisations include, but are not limited to: custom sizing or colours, extra length, bra-suitable alterations, sleeve or skirt changes, zipper or lining changes and additional belts.

SALE ITEMS

Sale and marked-down items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Shipping, postage and rush fees are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
• Online purchases cannot be returned in-store and must be returned via post.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed as they are automatically processed.
• Website pricing is subject to change without notice.
• Promotions cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotion commenced.
• White Runway reserves the right to cancel orders involving unauthorised or ineligible promotional use and to modify or cancel promotions where necessary.
• Store credits are valid for 12 months and must be used in full on your next order. Unused balances will not be reissued or redeemed for cash.
• Purchases made using store credit are final sale, unless faulty.

Returns and exchanges can be easily lodged through our Returns Portal.

Before lodging your return, please ensure your item:

• Was purchased from the White Runway online store
• Is unworn, in original condition and packaging with tags attached
• Was delivered within the last 28 days
• Is full price and not a sale or customised item
• Was not purchased through Try Before You Buy

Select your preferred return option in the Returns Portal and enter your order number and postcode or email.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Australia: $12.95 AUD return label fee, deducted from your refund or store credit.

USA & Canada: $45 DHL return fee, deducted from your refund.
