Ordering & Availability
Do you have a showroom?
Yes! We have a showroom in Marrickville, Sydney, available by appointment only. You can view available times and book online here.
What is the difference between In Stock and Made to Order?
In Stock: Ready-to-wear dresses that can be shipped immediately.
Made to Order: Dresses made in your chosen size and colour, taking approximately 4–16 weeks to produce.
When should I visit if I need a Made to Order gown?
We recommend visiting at least 6 months before your event to allow time for production, alterations, and accessories.
Can I get notified when an item is back in stock?
Yes. Click “Notify Me” on the product page and enter your email to receive restock alerts.
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order reserves an item that is not yet ready for dispatch. Check the delivery tab on each product page for estimated dispatch dates.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide, fit notes, and garment measurements.
What if I’m between sizes?
Check the style-specific size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You may also contact our stylists for personalised fit advice.
What sizes do your designers offer?
Most designers offer sizes AU 4 to AU 24, with specialised products available up to AU 30.
Can I order fabric swatches?
Yes. Fabric swatches are available for most colours. Email shop@whiterunway.com.au or check the product description for a link to the dedicated swatch page.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Australia: 1–5 business days (depending on delivery method)
International: 2–7 business days via DHL Express.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipment email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
Payments & Charges
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip-Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure options at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
Orders are charged in the currency displayed at checkout—usually your local currency. Australian customers pay in AUD.
Returns & Order Changes
What is your returns policy?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
Try Before You Buy
How does Try Before You Buy work?
Try Before You Buy (TBYB), also known as Try with Mirra, is available for online orders only. Add up to three items with no upfront payment. Once delivered, you have 5 days to try them at home and keep only what you love.
