White Runway Showroom Appointment Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointments & Cancellations
    A credit card is required to secure your appointment (no charge at the time of booking).
    Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance may incur a $50 booking fee.

  2. Arrival Time
    Our appointments run back-to-back, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time to enjoy your full appointment.

  3. Guests
    Our styling suite is designed to feel calm and intimate. We recommend bringing no more than 5 guests to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

  4. Children
    Children are welcome; however, due to delicate gowns, mirrors and glass furnishings, they must be supervised at all times. If attending with little ones, we recommend bringing additional support.

  5. Showroom Collection
    While we showcase a wide range of styles, not all gowns are available in every size or colour. Our stylists will guide you with sizing, measurements, colour swatches and thoughtful styling advice.

  6. Made to Order, Rush Orders & Alterations
    Most gowns are made to order, with custom sizing and colour options available. Rush production may be possible at an additional cost. Alterations are not included; we are happy to recommend trusted local tailors. We encourage placing orders as early as possible to allow time for delivery and any required alterations.

  7. Sizing
    Our stylists are here to guide you, but the final sizing decision is always yours.
